Iran FM says Tehran to decide after practical measure from US
Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian says that it is the US behavior that sets results of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) talks and that the criterion is practical behavior of American politicians and officials.

New York, SAEDNEWS: No constructive practical measure, except for contradictory views, has been seen from the US President Joe Biden, Amirabdollahian told reporters in New York on Friday.

Amirabdollahian flew to New York on September 20 to attend the 76th session of the UN General Assembly on September 21-27.

Speaking to senior correspondents at the US media and the United Nations, Amirabdollahian elaborated on the new Iranian government's foreign policies.

The main priority of the new government is to follow up a balanced foreign policy, the foreign minister said adding Iran has a plan for having relation with all world countries.

And, the only exception is the illegitimate regime of Israel, he said, reiterating that Iran will not establish any relations with the fake regime.

Iran has clear stance on Israel's unconstructive measures in the region, he underlined.

Further, he described the US behavior as paradoxical which carries no constructive message.

He went on to say that window of opportunity will not stay open for ever.

In his remarks, the foreign minister talked of the recent visit of Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Rafael Grossi to Iran and said that the constructive agreement the two reached during the visit was another positive sign from Tehran.

Elsewhere, he described the US sanctions as crime and terrorism because Iran does not have access to its assets in other countries' banks to buy its medical needs.

About Vienna talks, the foreign minister said the talks will resume soon.

Then, he stressed that Iran believes that the talks will be constructive only when their results are touchable and practical.

Iran's foreign policy follows best relations with its neighboring and regional countries, he stressed, adding that talks in the Persian Gulf, formation of inclusive government in Afghanistan, return of peace to Yemen and Syria, and development in Iraq are prioritized by the new Iranian government.
