SAEDNEWS Sep 30: IRI President Hassan Rouhani has sent an official letter to Sabah royal family adressing Sheikh Navaf Al Sabah the new Emir of Kuwait to express his condolences to Kuwait, royal family and the people on the occasion of the decease of Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jabir Al Sabah the influential leader of Kuwait:

I heard the sad news of the decease of Sheikh Sabah Ahmad Al Jabir Al Sabah. I express my condolences to you, your family and the people of Kuwait of this great loss of a moderate statesman who had devoted himself to keeping balance and peace in middle east. May Sheikh Sabah rest in peace. I wish patience for the family.
