Russia Targets Residential Sites and Civilians in Ukraine

The situation on the ground in Ukraine is getting exacerbated and there is a growing use of violence on the Russian side. Russian army not only has already destroyed almost every major military site in Ukraine, it now intimidates the citizens by targeting residential sites.
