Supreme Leader of Islamic Republic of Iran Tweets Addressing French Youth of Double Standards of Free Speech
Supreme Leader of Islamic Republic of Iran Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Khamenei excoriates French Government over the continuous insulting words and caricatures published and aired in France of Holy Prophet of Islam. Supreme Leader underlined the double standards of west. You can easily insult Mohammad while you cannot say even a word of Holocaust.

Tehran, SAEDNEWS, Oct. 28: Following recent flagrant insults to the Holy Prophet of Islam in France, the strong support of the French President and the Cabinet of that country for these malicious actions under the guise of "freedom of expression," and also the role played by that government in spreading Islamophobia, Ayatollah Khamenei has raised important questions in a message to the French youth. Here is the full text of his message:

Ask your President why he supports insulting God’s Messenger in the name of freedom of expression. Does freedom of expression mean insulting, especially a sacred personage? Isn’t this stupid act an insult to the reason of the people who elected him? The next question to ask is: why is it a crime to raise doubts about the Holocaust? Why should anyone who writes about such doubts be imprisoned while insulting the Prophet (PBUH) is allowed?

Rage is growing across the Muslim world at the French president and his attacks on Islam and the prophet Muhammed, leading to calls for boycotts of the French products. Tension has simmered since September when the satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo republished cartoons of the prophet Muhammed after it published the same caricatures in 2015 (Source: IranPress).
