War in Karabagh: Azerbaijan Has the Upper Hand

Azerbaijan has refused to attend the peace talks settled by the Minsk Group composed of Russia, France and the United States (OSCE). Armenia has accepted to have an active role in peace talks but Azerbaijan claims that it will continue the war until the liberation of the whole occupied lands.
