Suspended Bridge or White Bridge is one of the most important symbols of Ahwaz and many of us would have a picture in our mind of a large river on which there is a suspended bridge. This bridge was built in 1936 over Karoon River and it is said that it is the first suspended bridge of Iran. From this bridge, you can take very beautiful photos from Karoon as a precious souvenir of your trip to Ahwaz. Pol-e Sefid (White Bridge) was registered as 2493 in the list of National Monuments on 1999 November 17.
